Who can register as student?
The differentiated amount of registration for students is restricted to graduating students. During the registration process it will be indispensable to attach the proof of relationship with an education institutions signed by an authority. NOTE: 2MB file.
How should I proceed to cancel and request the refund of my registration?
All cancellations are to be sent to Buenos Aires in writing (email). For cancellations received before May 9th 2019, deposits will be refunded less 20% of the paid fee for administrative costs. Refunds will be reimbursed 60 days after the end of the event.
No refunds for registrations received from May 10th, 2019 will be made.

Can I register myself in the venue?
Yes, you can register yourself in the venue of the Congress, however, we emphasized that it will be charge the final amount published in the venue for the registration and it will depend of the availability. We recommend you to make your registration in advance to avoid any inconvenient.
Do I need to be registered in the Congress to submit an abstract?
Yes, you will need to be registered to submit an abstract. After you have proceeded with the Registration, you will have a login and password to access the web site restrict area where you can submit your abstract.
How can I do to submit my paper?
There will be only accepted the papers submitted in the web site www.lats2019.com. To submit an abstract you should enter in www.lats2019.com, “Abstracts” section, read the “Abstracts submission terms” and follow the steps when reception is open. In case of doubt or any difficulty, contact us by the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
If I send an abstract, do I have to attend the Congress?
It is required the participation of author(s) that submitted abstracts as oral presentation or poster in the Congress in order to present the paper and further answer questions. Only abstract of registered participants will be approved and publish in the scientific program.
If my paper is accepted will I receive any certificate?
Yes, it will be awarded one certificate for paper presented with the name of the author (s).
How can I find information about hotels and its rates?
To request information about accommodation check Registration and Accommodation in the congress website www.lats2019.com.
How do I get my certificate?
Digital certificates will be given to all participants. Two weeks after the event, certificates will be available to download in the Congress website, after filling out a "satisfaction survey".
What is the official language of the congress?
The official language of the congress is English.
Do I need visa to come to Argentina?
All foreign visitors to Argentina must check the visa requirements at their local Argentine Embassy or Consulate. Be aware that the visa application process could take up to 6 months depending on the country where the application is made.
